SS-P-P-ST-76-23 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLl, Ilf1INNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 9th day of May, 1977, at <br />7~30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-t'T-P-ST-76-23 in the area generally bounded <br />on the west by Victoria, on the north by County Road D, and <br />bounded on the east and south by Lake Owasso Boulevard West, <br />by the installation of bituminous street, concrete curb and <br />gutter, storm sewer facilities, watermain, sanitary sewer <br />mains and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection <br />in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the i.mprovement is presently estimated at <br />$485,412.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All those lots platted as Minnesota <br />Realty Company Owasso.
