<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ll11i.nnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of l<oseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City H2ll in said City on Monday, the 11th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor~, Counciben <br />Hess, Anderson, Grauel and Curley <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Hess <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6482 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVElViENT NO. SS-W-P-77-7 <br /> <br />~ffiEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, on Mount Ridge Road from County Road D <br /> <br />to Brenner Avenue by the installation of sanitary sewer, water- <br /> <br />main, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, drainage <br /> <br />facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council <br /> <br />on March 31, 19~7. is hereby declared to be signed by the <br /> <br />required percentage of owners of property affected thereby <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, rUNNE:80TA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public ~'Jorks <br />D.~rector for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and <br />the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />
