EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEEI'IN3 OF THE CITY COONCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HEll April 18, 1977 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in said City, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on M:>rrlay, the 18th day of April, 1977. The following xrenbers were present: Mayor DeIros, Councilrren Curley, Grauel, Hess and Arrlerson and the following were absent: None. ManDer Hess introouced the following resolution and rroved its adoption: RESOLurIOO NO. 6483 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Roseville to enter into a lease with the Connty of Ramsey whereby the Connty of Ramsey will lease certain rooms in the Roseville City Hall for operation of the Ramsey Connty Court; and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville requests am desires that the regular tem of the Ramsey Connty Court be held in the City of Roseville; NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Conncil of the City of Roseville that the Manager and Mayor are authorized on behalf of the City of Roseville to execute a lease between the City of Roseville and the Connty of Ramsey for the tem January 1 through Decerrber 31, 1977, in the amount of $1,516.00 per month. '!he motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly secorrled by M=rrber Anderson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the follCMing voted against sane: None.
