MR. POrOVICH~ T^Jhatever was in your lett.er.

MRS. HINZ ~ I just st ated that- I dion' t want Brenner
to continue on to West Owasso because I didn't see with three
exists on Victoria why Brenner should go through West Owasso
which moves fast and is ? closed street anyhow. There are
quite a few houses on West Owasso for its traffic, let along
people corning from the back to short-cut through West Owasso,
and I suggested possibly that they just have an easement for
the sewer and water and no pavement and no curbs and no gutter
because they're going to put "Oil in and Brenner from Victoria
and Millwood from victoria, so why should they have to have
Brenner there to.

MR. DOUG STRONG: You still have assessments across here.

MRS. HINZ: I know. Another thing too t.hat I don't
care for is the idea of parking in Valley Perk. That means cars
would come in there from Valley Park 2nd going toward the lake,
and a lot of people on the lake were worried about the fact
that once 56 homes get in there, there will be more kids cutting
through our yards getting to the lake because kids aren't as
restrained es adults when it C0mes to somebody else's property.

COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: Th2lt's why we're suggesting the street.

MRS. HINZ: So they can just go right through.

COUNCILMAN HESS: Most of the people that drive in
Valley Park will live there. I don't think anyone else will
go up there.

MRS. HINZ: Although it looks like there will be
.some by the p0nd.

COUNCILMAN HESS: No parking by the pond.

MR. HONCHELL: The department does not propose to have
off-street parking at the cul-de-sac.

MR. HINZ: I just want to go on record as I wish they
wouldn't develop it.

-27-
