MR. NOSBISH: A big $7.000 lawn. I don't know if

anybody brought this up, but I suppORe you could care less.
but there's a lot of animals out th ere nobody has mentioned,
and the open air, okay? Is there? possibility it can never
come back again - we can never have another offer again? This
will never happen in the future so the only thing we can do is
put in these roads?

MAYOR DEMOS: ~(hat are you 2Isking about?

MR. NOSBISH: The Open Space thing.

MAYOR DEMOS: I think i~hey' re closing out their funds,
and said there will not be ~nother proposal.

COUNCILMAN GRAUEL:
contact t-he county and
county t.o acquire this
procedure and found it

I think what you ought to do is
ask them the question. It was up
propert.y. They went through the
was too expensive.

to the

MR. NOSBISH: What p~rcentage does this Reiling own?

COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: About 35%.

MR. NOSBISH: I suppose his 35% turned down the offer.

MAYOR DEMOS: There were other people.

MR. NOSBISH: He's the majority there.

MAYOR DEMOS: I believe there 0re other people who,
together with him make up a majority.

MR. NOSBISH: I don't know for sure. but this ring-necked
pheasant is supposed to be en extinct species. and there are
30 or 40. Kids even saw a deer out there, and mallard ducks
flying down there. It's beautiful. The trails for walking
and hiking (inaucible) pollution end all this coming in ~th
the roads and extra cars that will be coming in, you're just
upsetting nature as far as the animals there, and it would be
a beautiful natur2ll habit2t and place for children to wclk
with trails, and I knew of one meeting only and I said
absolutely -

-30-
