EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD ON MAY 9, 1977 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rosevi 11 e, t1i nnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 9th day of May, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Council Members Hess, Grauel, Curley and Anderson and the following members were absent: None. Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6488 RESOLUTIOtI RELEASInG A PORTION OF THE UTILITY EASE~1ENTS BETWEEN LOTS 7 and 8, BLOCK 2 of ED BOSSARD ADDITION PLAT 2 ~~HEREAS, the City in the past did acquire storm drain easement along the common property lines of Lots 7 and 8, Ed Bossard Addition Plat 2, and WHEREAS, said storm drains had been constructed, and WHEREAS, subsequent construction of homes has resulted in a slight encrouchment into the easement area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a partial release of storm sewer easement over the West 2~ feet of the East 7.5 feet of the South 34 feet of the North 63 feet of Lot 8; and the East 2~ feet of the West 7.5 feet of the South 34 feet of the North 63 feet of Lot 7, both in Block 2 in Ed Bossard Addition Plat 2, are hereby released from the Municipal Utility Easement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded b y t'1ember Anderson, and upon a vote bei ng taken, the fo 11 owi nq voted in favor of the reso 1 uti on : All present and the following voted ..against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
