<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: May 9, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Rosevi1le, Minnesota was duly held at <br />the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 9th day of May, 1977, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6491 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans for Cleveland Avenue, Project No. SAP 62-646-04 <br />showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross sections for the <br />reconstruction of County-State Aid Highway 46 within the limits of the <br />City of Rosevi11e, as a State Aid Project have been prepared and pre- <br />sented to the Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans, are in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Curley and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and Acting <br />Manager of the City of Rosevi1le, Minnesota, do hereby certify that <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes <br />of meeting of the Council of said City held on the 9th day of May, 1977, <br />with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, <br />
