EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNC I L OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA - HELD MAY 23, 1977 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on tvlonday, 1-1ay 23,1977, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilrren Anderson, CUrley, Grauel and Hess and the following were absent: None Member Hess following resolution: introduced and moved the adoption of the RESOLUTION NO. 6494 WHEREAS, the 1976 Budget was adopted by the City Council on September 22, 1975, by Resolution No. 6300 and WHEREAS, the City Council has previously established compensation schedules for 1976 requiring a transfer from the Contingency Fund to the appropriate operating account within the General Fund, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counei 1 of the City of Roseville, that the following budgetary funds be increased as indicated to reflect a gross transfer of $99,996 from the Contingency Fund to the General and Recreation Funds: Increase in Appropriation General Furid Administration Central Services Finance Public Works Administration Street Police Fire $ 7,081 4,244 5,226 6,386 17,577 49,242 1,140 Recreation Fund 9,100 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
