<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />May, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />men Curley, Anderson, Hess and Graue11 and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6495 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-77-10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the city of Roseville, on Galtier circle from Transit Avenue to <br /> <br />end of cul-de-sac by the installation of ornamental street <br /> <br />lights, filed with the Council on April 28, 1977, is hereby <br /> <br />declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of <br /> <br />property affected thereby pursuant to Minresota Statutes, Sec. <br /> <br />429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
