<br />Extract of Hinutes of r1eeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, 11innesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, flinnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on ~1onday, the 23rd day of <br />May, 1911, at 1:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br />men Curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauel, and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6498 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />II:1PROVErmNT NO. SS-W-P-"-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, on Cope Avenue from Grotto Street to the <br />existing dead end west of Dale Street by the installation of <br /> <br />bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed <br />with the Council on May 23, 19", is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />
