<br />IDITRACI' OF MINUTES OF A REGUIAR MEEI'ING <br />OF THE ROSEVIILE CITY COONCIL OF ROSEVIILE, MINNESCYI'A <br />HEID - JUNE 13, 1977 <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 13th day of <br />June, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'!he follaving nembers were present: Mayor De1IDs, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the follaving nembers were absent: Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />~r Hess <br />and noved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the follaving resolution <br /> <br />RESOI1.JTION NO. 6500 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville feels it <br />would be in the best interest of the City to participate in the <br />Carrprehensive Eitploynent and Training Act of 1973 whereby federal funds <br />will be used to employ unemployed or under-employerl persons in public <br />emplOYment: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville has applied for and received approval of <br />a number of employment projects; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to facilitate participation in such program it is <br />necessary for the City to enter into an agreerrent with Pamsey County <br />the prirre sponsor for participation in the program in Ramsey County, <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY 'IRE CITY CUJNCIL OF 'IRE <br />CITY OF IDSEVILLE, MINNESOI'A, AS FOLLCWS: <br /> <br />'Ihat the City Manager is hereby authorizerl to enter into an <br />agreement with Ramsey County regaroing the City of Roseville' s parti- <br />cipation in the CETA Program. <br /> <br />'!he notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconderl by ~ Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the follaving voted against: None <br />
