<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 10, 1995, at 5:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9200 <br /> <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. 73409 <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City ofRoseville enter into Agreement No. 73409 with the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to-wit: <br /> <br />To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the roadway <br />and storm sewer construction and other associated construction to be performed upon and along <br />County Road C-2 from Engineer Station 0+16.00 (Lincoln Drive) to Engineer Station 7+48.83 <br />(300 feet east of Snelling Avenue) within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 6216- <br />110 (T. H. 51=125). <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute such agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Mastel and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, <br />P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
