L <br />OF ROSEVILLE, f1INNESOTA, HELD JULM 11,1977 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, ~'linnesota, \'Ias duly called and held <br />at the city hall in said city on the 11th day of July, 1977. <br />The fo 11 owi ng members were present: ~layor Demos, Council ~1embers <br />Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel. <br />ane the fo 11 owi ng members were absent: l~one. <br />Member Curley int~oduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6510 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO AN AGREEMENT WITH FINE AND ASSOCIATES <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND FUrWING OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE <br />SNELLING AVENUE SERVICE ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the t1i nnesota Department of Transportation is propos i nf) <br /> <br />to construct a frontage road on the east side of Snelling Avenue (STH 51) <br /> <br />from County Road C-2 south to approximately 1350 feet north of County Road C, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Fine Associates Incorporated is the owner of the property <br />located at the northeast corner of Snelling Avenue and County Road C, and <br />l~HEREAS, it is in the best interests of the city and Fine Assoc.3i1ites <br />Incorporated to have the frontage road constructed from County Road C-2 to <br />County Road C in a timely manner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement <br />dated July 11, 1977, with Fine Associates Incorporated which would insure the <br />construction of the frontage road for Snelling Avenue. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Manager be authorized to <br />sign said agreement on behalf of the City of Roseville. <br />
