<br />NHEREAS, it appears that Orfei & Sons, Inc. <br />of St. Paul, Minnesota is the lm'rest responsible <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $ 393,628.86 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Hinnesota: <br />l. The ~,layor and .Hanager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Orfei & Sons, Inc. <br />for $ 393,628.86 in the name of the City of Roseville for the <br />above improvement according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br />the office of the City Hanager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Anderson and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor <br />thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
