<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Ci ty Council 0:': the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, 1'1innesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 11th <br /> <br />day of July, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Grauel, <br /> <br />Mayor Demos, and Councilmen Hess, Anderson and Curley; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Councilman curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 6514 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING JOINT <br />POWERS AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF <br />SHOREVIEW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain improvements are being contemplated in <br /> <br />conjunction with Minnesota Realty Company's Owasso plat, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Roseville and <br /> <br />the City of Shoreview to construct and maintain certain <br /> <br />streets, sanit~ry sewer and storm sewers in connection with <br /> <br />said plat; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota that the joint powers agree- <br /> <br />ment as drafted is hereby approved and the officers of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville are hereby directed and authorized to <br /> <br />execute said agreement with the City of Shoreview. <br />
