EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA-HELD - JULY 11, 1977 * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thdreof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, July 11, 1977, at 7-:30 p.m. The following members were present: Demos, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel (Councilman Grauel presided at the meeting.) and the following were absent: None t1ember Anderson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6515 WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that the street hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provision s of the ~1innesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the road described as follows, to wit: HIGHCREST ROAD FROM WEST COUNTY ROAD D (37th Avenue) to COUNTY ROAD C-2 (33rd Avenue) be and hereby is established, located and designated a r1unicipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counci 1 - member June Demos and upon a . 'vote bei ng taken the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
