<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the <br /> <br />11th <br />- <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, 1977 at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor I):;mos, Councillren <br />Hess, Arrlerson, CUrley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: NOne <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />CUrley <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No.. 6516 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON <br />IMPROVEMENT P-77-8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on June 13, 1977, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Improvement P-77-8 and has pre- <br /> <br />sented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br />
