<br />Improvement SS-W-P-77-12 shall be published as required by law, <br />shall specify tile work to be done , shall call for bids on the <br />basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the <br />bids will be received by the City Manager and Public Works <br />Director until 9:00 o'lock a .m. on August 12, 1977, at which <br />time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City <br />Hanager and City Public ~~orks Director, will then be tabulated, <br />and will be considered by the Council at 7~30 o'clock p.m. on <br />August 16, 1977, in the Council Chambers and that no bips will <br />be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager apd <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond <br />payable to the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such <br />bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Hess and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All, and the following <br /> <br />voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared <br /> <br />duly passed and adopted. <br />
