<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OR REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD July 11, , 1977 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regu- <br />lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said <br />City on the 11th day of July ,1977, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~s, <br /> <br />CouncilrrEn Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br />and the following members were absent:None <br /> <br />Member Anderson <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6518 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain lands described in Exhibit B, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br />are no longer necessary for drainage purposes by the City <br />of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been certain negotiations be- <br />tween the City of Roseville and Zimmerman Realty, the pur- <br />pose of said negotiations is to relieve the City of Rose- <br />ville from an obligation to pay a certain condemnation award <br />entered in Ramsey County District Court, being District Court <br />File No. 359306. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Mayor and Manager are hereby instructed to <br />sign a Quit Claim Deed releasing certain lands from drainage <br />easement all as shown on the attached exhibit marked Exhibit <br />B. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br />tion was duly seconded by member Curley , and upon a <br />vote being held thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />
