<br />Extract of l1inutes of l1eeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br /> <br />Honday, the 11th day of July <br /> <br />, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Members Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Demos, Council <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Hess <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6519 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO II-iPROVEMENT <br />NO. P-W-SS-75-14 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSr~T <br /> <br />t~EREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-W-SS- <br />75-14 of the City of Roseville consisting of the installation of <br />bituminous surfacing, sanitary sewer mains, watermain, concrete <br />curb and gutter, drainage and necessary appurtenances on Evelyn <br />Street from County Road 0 south to Brenner Avenue extended; and <br /> <br />tYHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $ 92,867.22 and the other expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 34,013.% so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$ 126,881.18 , and of this cost the City will pay $ 0.00 <br />as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, ninnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 126,881.18 <br />
