<br />Extract of r1inutes of Heeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the ~ day of July <br /> <br />, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: kting Mayor Grauel, <br />Coun.cilnen Hess, Arrlerson and curley and Mayor Datos <br /> <br />and the following \'1ere absent: N:>ne <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Hess <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6520 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IJI1PROVEMENT <br />NO. P-75-3 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSrffiNT <br /> <br />HHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-75-3 <br />of the City of Roseville consisting of the construction of pave- <br />ment, ccncrete curb and gutter, sotrm sewer, water appurtenances <br />and other miscellaneous appurtenances, in conjunction with the <br />State of Minnesota, generally in the area abutting the west side <br />of Snelling Avenue between County Road C and County Road C-2, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $ ~ 067 _ ~ and the other expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in e ma ing of said improvement amount to <br />$ j,~04.0~ 50 that the total cost of the improvement will <br />be 26.171.83 , and of this cost the City will pay <br />$ -0- as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
