<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rose vi lIe,
<br />
<br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville,

<br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski) Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the
<br />following were absent: None.

<br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />Final acceptance, 1994 City Contract A
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on May 9, 1994, T. A. Schifsky and
<br />Sons, Inc. of North S1. Paul, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with
<br />1994 Contract A, street reconstruction in Neighborhoods 47,44,61,65, and 69.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE,
<br />MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for
<br />the tìnal payment of such contract, taking the contractoris receipt in full.
<br />
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel
<br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None.
<br />
<br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
