<br />Extract of Minutes of rleeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Vlinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on <br /> <br />t10nday, the 11 <br /> <br />day of July <br /> <br />, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Counci 1 <br />Members Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Hess <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. --2.ill <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO U1PROVEr'JENT <br />NO. P-SS-l'1-76-l6 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WlffiREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-SS- <br />W-76-l6 of the City of Roseville consisting of the installation <br />of sanitary sewer, bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, <br />watermain, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances on Alameda <br />south of Roma; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is $~~65.06 <br />and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the ma 1ng <br />of said improvement amount to $ 5,928.91 so that the total <br />cost of the improvement will be $ 27,393.97 , and of this <br />cost the City will pay $ 0.00 as its share of the <br />cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 27,393.97 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />
