RESOLUTION RELAT ING TO Ir1PROVErmNT NO. P-75-2l DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSt1ENT t1HEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-75-2l of the City of Roseville providing that the median in County Road B be opened up near Herschel Street to provide left turn and crossover provisions in the location; and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $8~818.00 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 1.117.41 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ ~.935.41 ' and of this cost the City will pay $ 0.00 as its share of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 9,935.41 2.
