SS-W-P-74-l7 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED ,:\~lD ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ON A PORTION OF THE U1PROVEME'NT tiHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. SS- W-P-74-17 of the City of Roseville consisting of the installa- tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, drainage, right-of-way easement acquisi- tion and necessary appurtenances on Sherren Street extended to Nancy Place and Nancy Place from Sherren Street to Sandhurst Drive and Sandhurst Drive from Nancy Place to Victoria Street1 and tlliEREAS, the partial assessments were spread in 1976 for sani tary sewe r, wa termain, concrete curb and gutter, bi turninous surfacing and drainage and it is now necessary to assess for the right-of-way easement acquisition 1 and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and the resolution relating thereto, and the additional cost and other expenses incurred or to be incurred amount to $ lfi ~q1 nn , and of this cost the City will pay $ 0.00 as its S are of the cost.
