<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of July, 1995, at 5:30 o'clock p.rn. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9203 <br /> <br />Final acceptance, 1994 City Contract B <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on May 9, 1994, Central Landscaping of <br />Forest Lake, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with 1994 Contract B, <br />street reconstruction in Neighborhoods 48, 50, 52, and 53.. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for <br />the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in fun. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, <br />Goedeke, and V.
