<br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-75-2l <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. P-75-2l <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />City Manager, is approved, and the Manager is directed to <br />publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider <br />the proposed assessment on August 15, 1977, at the City Hall, <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, time and place <br />of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the <br />area proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the improvement, <br />that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Manager, <br />and that written or oral objections thereto by any property <br />owner will be considered. It shall be published once in the <br />official newspaper of the City at least two weeks prior to the <br />hearing, and shall be mailed to the owner of each parcel de- <br />scribed in the assessment roll, not less than two weeks prior <br />to the date of said meeting. For the purpose of such mailed <br />notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown as such on <br />the records of the County Treasurer. Every property owner <br />whose name does not appear on such records (other than owners <br />of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings <br />basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless <br />he has requested in writing that the County Treasurer include <br />his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
