<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD <br /> <br />AUGUST 9, 1977 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the CITY OF Rosevi11e, r'Hnnesota, was held in <br />said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the <br />9th day of August, 1977, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6533 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA act as <br />sponsoring unit of government and qrantee for the project titled <br />N.W. Youth Services Bureau to be conducted by N.W. Youth Bureau Board <br />during the period of January 1, 1978 through December 31, 1978. <br />James F. Andre, City f1anager, is hereby authorized to apply to the <br />Governor's Commission on Crime Prevention and Control for funding of <br />the project and execute such agreements as are necessary to implement <br />the project on behalf of the City of Rosevi11e. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Hess and upon a vote being taken thereon <br />the fo 11 owi ng voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
