<br />NOTICE OF HEARInG <br />ON n1PROVEl\1EHT NO. UL-77-l0 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Llinnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 12th day of September, 1977, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improve- <br />ment No. UL-77-10 including all that property on Galtier Circle <br />from Transit Avenue to end of cul-de-sac by the installation of <br />ornamental street lights. The foregoing is all substantially <br />in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />City I1anager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$518.400 The area proposed to be assessed for the Improvement <br />shall be the following: <br /> <br />Roberts Oak Hill <br />Lots 1 through 13, Block 1 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: August 8, 1977 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
