<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the 16th day of <br /> <br />August, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />men Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />fallowing resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6538 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVE1~NTS P-77-8 AND SS-W-P-77-l2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were <br /> <br />received on <br /> <br />August 12 <br /> <br />, 1977, at 9 :00 0' clock .a.-.m., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bi dde r <br /> <br />Alexander Construction Carpany <br />Hardri ves <br />Orfei and Sons <br />Bituminous Roadways <br />Ibbert w.
