<br />Extract of Hinutes of !t1eeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held August 22, 1977 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on rronday, the 22nd day <br />of August, 1977" at 7: 30 0' clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demo., Councilmen <br />H..., AndersoD, CUrley, and Grauel <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />After a discussion of the pUblic assessment hearing on <br /> <br />August 16, 1977, Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />then introduced the fol- <br /> <br />lowing resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1539 <br />- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIID1ING <br />ASSESSl1ENTS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-H'-SS-75-l4 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially <br />assessed at this time for Improvement No. P-W-SS-7S-14 against <br />every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby <br />has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without <br />regard to cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and notice has <br />been duly mailed and published, as required by law, that this <br />Council would meet to hear, consider and pass upon all objec- <br />tions, if any, and said proposed assessment has at all times <br />since its filing been open for public inspection, and an <br />opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present <br />their objections~ if any, to such proposed assessments. <br /> <br />2. This Council, having heard and considered all objec- <br />tions so presented, and being fully advised in the premises, <br />
