<br />Extract of Hinutes of r1eeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Ninnesota <br /> <br />Held: September 19, 1977 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held at ti1e City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, on September 19, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Dem:>s, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6554 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC SALE OF $1,600,000 <br />U1PROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 9 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that it is <br />necessary and expedient that this City issue its negotiable coupon <br />general obligation bonds in the amount of $1,600,000 to provide <br />funds to defray the costs of various improvements in the City. <br /> <br />2. This Council shall meet at the time and place specified <br />in the form of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose of <br />opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding the sale of <br />$1,600,000 Improvement Bonds, Series 9, of said City. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be <br />published in the official newspaper of the City and in Commercial <br />West, as provided by law, which notice shall be in substantially <br />the following form: <br />
