<br />EXTRAcr OF MINUTES OF MEETING CF THE CITY CaJNCIL <br />OF OOSEVIILE, MINNFSarA - HElD SEPI'EMBER 26, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 26th day of <br />September, 1977, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The follCMing nerrbers were present: M3.yor Len:os, Council.rren <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />~r Hess introduced the following resolution am noved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6555 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City COtmcil at its September 26, <br />1977 rreeting approved Ed Cave & Sons request for preliminary plat <br />at 2000 County Road D; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official news- <br />paper, a public hearing was conducted on Ed Cave & Sons request for <br />final plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution <br />approving subdivision plats, <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT Ed Cave & Sons request <br />for final plat "Cave's North Bounda1':Y No.2" at 2000 County Road D <br />is approved. <br /> <br />'!he notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by r.anber Curley and upon a vote being taken the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the sarre: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
