The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1977 tax levy for Water Improvement Bonds, Series 3 - 1963 by $100,000 from $110,000 to $10,000. 3. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1977 tax levy for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds - Series F by $25,000 from $75,000 to $50,000. 4. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1977 tax levy for General Improvement Bonds - Series 5 - 1971 by $50,000 from $136,550 to $86,550. 5. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1977 tax levy for General Improvement Bonds - Series 4 - 1968 by $100,000 from $111,000 to $11,000. 6. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1977 tax levy for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds, Series C by $54,500 from $54,500 to -0-. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Manber Anderson and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor: All t presen and the following voted against SanE: None Whereupon, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
