<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 26, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was held in said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br />City, on Monday, the 26th day of Septeniller, 1977, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Derros, <br />Council.Iren Anderson, Curley, Grauel am Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: NOne <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6560 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council supports the concept of providing <br />youth services in a coordinated economical and effective <br />fashion, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, several City Councils of northwest suburban <br />Ramsey County have cooperated to create a joint Youth Service <br />Bureau, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City <br />Manager are hereby authorized to execute a Joint Powers Agree- <br />ment with other suburban communities relating to the Northwest <br />Suburban Youth Service Bureau. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Demos, Counci1rren Anderson, Curley and Hess <br />and the following voted against same: .,~~~ <br />CounCl...ulICUL Grauel <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
