<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due caU and notice thereof: a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseviiie, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 24th day of July, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The foHowing members were present: ìvIastei, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the fcHowing <br />were absent: P.
