<br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be in- <br />serted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The adver- <br />tisement for Improvement No. W-77-14, Part A shall be published <br />as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />call for bids on the basis of a cash payment for such work, <br />shall state that the bids will be received by the City Manager <br />and Public Works Director until 9:00 o'clock a. m. on October <br />20, 1977, at which time they will be publicly opened in the <br />City Hall by the City Manager and City public Works Director, <br />will then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Council <br />at 7: 30 o' clock 12... m. on CX"!i-nhPr 11, , 1977 in the Council <br />Chambers and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and <br />filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, <br />certified check or bid bond payable to the Manager for ten <br />percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Grauel and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All, and the <br /> <br />following voted against: None, whereupon said resolution was <br /> <br />declared duly passes and adqpted. <br />
