<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEEI'ING OF THE <br />CITY CCXJNCIL OF roSEVIIJ..E, MINNESOI'A <br /> <br />HELD - October 17, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Foseville, was held in the <br />Ci ty Hall at 7: 30 P.M., M:>nday, October 17, 1977. <br /> <br />'!he following merrbers were present: Mayor Derros, Councilrren <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the follCMing were absent: None <br /> <br />Menber Anderson introduced the follCMing resolution and <br />rroved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOIillION NO. 6564 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Foseville City Council at its August 8, 1977 <br />rreeting approved O1arles Christenson's request for preliminary <br />plat "Christenson Park" at 2566 Hamline Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper <br />a public hearing was conducted on Mr. Christenson's request for <br />final plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution <br />approving subdivision plats, <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that O1arles O1ristenson' s <br />request for final plat "Christenson Park" at 2566 Hamline Avenue <br />is approved. <br /> <br />'!he notion for the adcption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Hess and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the follCMing voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
