<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF REGUlAR MEETING OF THE <br />CITY CX>UNCIL OF RCSEVILLE, MINNESarA <br /> <br />HElD - October 17, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular IlEeting <br />of the City Council of the City of lbseville, was held in the <br />City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, at 7:30 P.M., funday, CCtober 17, <br />1977 . <br /> <br />The follaving rrembers were present: Mayor IEIos, CouncilrrEn <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and CUrley <br /> <br />and the follaving were absent: N::me <br /> <br />Member Hess introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOllJrION NO. 6565 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lbseville City Council at its July 11, 1977 <br />ITeeting approved Fred 0' Neill's request for preliminary plat <br />"F. C. O'Neill Mdition" at 2325 North Dale Street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaPer <br />a public hearing was conducted on Mr. 0' Neills request for final <br />plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approv- <br />ing subdivision plats, <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Fred O'Neill's request <br />for final plat, "F. C. O'Neill Mdition" at 2325 North Dale Street <br />is approved. <br /> <br />'!he notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member CUrley and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the follaving voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the sane: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
