<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD - October 17, 1977 <br /> <br />* * <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Ibseville, was held in the City <br />Hall at 7: 30 P.M., funday, October 17, 1977. <br /> <br />The following rrembers were present: Mayor Dem:>s, CouncilIren <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and CUrley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Arx1erson introduced the following resolution and rroved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6566 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at its November 10, 1976 <br />neeting approved Ken Reinhardt I s request for preliminary plat <br />"Ken Reinhardt Addition No.3" at about 907 Sherren Street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper <br />a public hearing was comucted on Mr. Orristenson I s request for <br />final plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution <br />approving subdivision plats, <br /> <br />NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Ken Reinhardt I s request <br />for final plat "Ken Reinhardt Mdition No.3" at about 907 Sherren <br />Street is approved. <br /> <br />The rrotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by ~ Hess and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the follCMing voted against the sane: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed am adopted. <br />
