<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville ~ <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on ~1onday, the 17th day <br />of October, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />men Curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauel; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Hess introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6567 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVErmNT NO. ST-77-l8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Roseville by the construction of storm sewer facili- <br /> <br />ties near Fry Street and Oakcrest Avenue, filed with the Council <br /> <br />on October 14, 1977, is hereby declared to be signed by the <br /> <br />required percentage of o~~ers of property affected thereby pur- <br /> <br />suant to Hinnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NO\J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MItmESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />
