., - /' ,~ l(o. o 37:7 r EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~lliETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD: October 31, 1977 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ~AgU]aL- meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on the 31st day of October, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of opening and considering bids for and awarding the sale of $1,600,000 General Obligation Improve- ment Bonds, Series 9 of said City. _The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Grauel, Anderson, Bes. and Curley and the following were absent: Hone The Manager presented affidavi ts sho~.ving publication of notice of call for bids on $1,600,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds., Series 9 of the City, for ,,,hich bids were received until 5:00 o'clock. P.M. at the office of the City's Bond Consultant, in accordance with the resolution adopted by the City Council on September 9, 1977. Said affidavits were examined, found to comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were approved and ordered placed on file. The following bids were received and opened at the office of the City's Bond Consultant in the presence of an officer of the City of Roseville: Bidder Interest Rate 1.
