<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 31st <br /> <br />day of October, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauel, and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6570 <br />RESOLUTION DECIARING ADEQUACY OF PETl:Tl:ON <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-77-21 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement <br /> <br />in the City of Rosevi1le on Granpview Avenue from Matilda <br /> <br />Street East approximately 500 fe~t by the installation of <br /> <br />street lights, filed with the Council on October 14, 1977, <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be signed py the required percentage <br /> <br />of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
