<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 31st <br /> <br />day of October, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Hess and Grauel, and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6572 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETrrION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-77-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement <br /> <br />in the City of Roseville on Christy circle from Hamline Avenue <br /> <br />to the end of cul-de-sac by the installation of bituminous <br /> <br />surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, watermain, sanitary sewer <br /> <br />main, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on October 27, 1977, is hereby declared to <br /> <br />be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br /> <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
