By resolution adopted October 31, 1977; the Council has directec. the City Public norks Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on Aglen Street from Roselawn to Roma Avenues by the installation of Bitum- inous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter; sanitary sewer service, storm se\<~er, necessary right--of'-\<lay acquisition; and necessary ap-. purtenances. The Public ~Jorks Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement shoule best be made as proposed or in connection with some other iri',proveI""ent. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been sub~ittea and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City l!anager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement l~o. p. ST-- ES-77 -19 . 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on Noverober 29, 1977, at 7~30 oiclock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of r1innesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the I1anager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that
