<br />Extract of r-1inutes of Heeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Uinnesota <br /> <br />Held~ November 14, 1977 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City naIl <br />on Monday, the 14th day of November, 1977, at 7~30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Hess <br />ution and moved its adoption~ <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6581 <br /> <br />introduced the following resol- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT A}YD PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMEWT NO. P-77-20. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows~ <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted October 21, 1977, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property on Ryan Avenue from Oxford to Chatsworth <br />Streets by the installation of bituminous re-surfacing, concrete <br />curb and gutter, miscellaneous drainage and miscellaneous ap- <br />purtenances. The Public Works Director waR also directed to <br />include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed im- <br />provement and as to whether such improvement should best be made <br />as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The <br />preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and <br />considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed <br />to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The <br />improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth <br />in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-77-20. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on November 29, 1977, at 7~30 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of t1innesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the time, place anq purpose of that <br />meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Rose- <br />
