<br />Extract of llinutes of l<leeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, !Unnesota <br /> <br />Held: November 14, 1917 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and-notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 14th day of November, 1917, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Hess <br />ution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />introduced the fOllowing resol- <br /> <br />6582 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVIHG REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPRO~4ENT NO. SS-W-P-77-24. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted October 31, 1917, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including <br />all that property on Oxford Street from Shryer to Ryan Avenue South <br />by the installation of bituminous re-surfacing, concrete curb and <br />gutter, sanitary sewer and water services, necessary drainage, <br />, necessary right-of-way acquisition, and necessary appurtenances. <br />The Public ~lorks Director was also directed to include in the re- <br />port the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost esti- <br />mate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are <br />hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office <br />of the City ~lanager. The improvement ~roposed to be made in the <br />general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improve- <br />ment No. SS-W-P-71-24. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on November 29, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby au~horized and <br />directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that <br />
