<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 21st <br /> <br />day of November, 1977, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hess, Curley, Grauel and Anderson, and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6585 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT W-77-25 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville inclUding all that property on T.H. 36 <br /> <br />Service Drive west of Snelling Avenue to the Laurie and <br /> <br />Haddington Roads intersections by the construction of watermains, <br /> <br />hydrants and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the <br /> <br />benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> <br />improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sec. 429.011 to 429.111 <br /> <br />(Minn. Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CXTY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
