ST-77-l8, ALTERNATE 3 <br />UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES <br />CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement <br />No. ST-77-l8, Alternate 3 consisting of the construction of <br />storm sewer facilities for that property bounded by Snelling <br />Avenue on the east, Fry Street on the west, Oxford Avenue <br />on the south, and County Road C on the north, as described <br />in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at <br />$20,238.80, and substantially in accordance with the pre- <br />
