<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD DECEMBER 12, 1977 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the <br />City Hall in said City on Monday, December 12, 1977, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Curley <br />and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Anderson and Grauel <br />Member Hess <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6590 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 1977 Budget was adopted by the City Council on <br />September 26, 1976, by Resolution No. 6556 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously established compensation <br />schedules for 1977 requiring a transfer from the Contingency Fund to <br />the appropriate operating account within the General Fund, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, that the following budgetary funds be increased as <br />indicated to reflect a gross transfer of $83,525 from the Contingency <br />Fund to the General and Recreation Funds: <br /> <br />General Fund <br /> <br />Increase in Appropriation <br /> <br />Administration <br />Central Services <br />Finance <br />Public Works Administration <br />St reet <br />Police <br />Fire <br /> <br />$ 6,122 <br />3,739 <br />4,138 <br />10,080 <br />3,011 <br />42,630 <br />1,032 <br /> <br />Recreation Fund <br /> <br />12,773 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member CUrley and upon a vote being taken the following <br />voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
